Greg French MS, RDN, LD, CPT
Greg French is a registered licensed dietitian and certified personal trainer with 20 years of experience in the health, sports and fitness industry. He has worked with athletes of all ages from youth to professional and across various sporting disciplines. Greg specializes in sports nutrition, strength, conditioning, speed and agility training, wellness and weight loss.
Throughout his career, he has served on several advisory committees, and he is an active member of the Sports Dietetic Practice Group of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Greg has been a contributing author for several books on fitness and is a content expert for STACK Media in the areas of nutrition and sports training.
French graduated from Georgia Southern University with honors while named Who’s Who in American Universities and Colleges for two consecutive years and completed his dietetic internship at Emory University. Additionally, Greg received strength and conditioning coaching from the University of Florida and, and earned his Masters Degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Alabama.
Greg has a passion for helping athletes both youth and adult live a healthy lifestyle, as well as reach their performance goals and is committed to teaching the importance of proper fit, form and function in all areas of sports and nutrition.
