CANCELLATION/RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY

We at Gwinnett Sports Academy currently offer an array of services and products in the field of sports. We endeavor to provide you with a brilliant experience while purchasing and availing our products and services however, if due to certain unforeseen circumstances you are not satisfied with our quality or are unable to utilize our services, the following terms apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Through our website we provide a number of products and services each of which have a different cancellation policy.

Services:
Lessons:
Currently, due to Limited Instructor Availability, we strictly enforce a non- cancellation policy. All lessons cancelled or no-show must be paid in full.

Batting Cage Rentals:
Since all cage rentals are on hourly basis, they can not be cancelled as of now. All no-shows must be paid in full.

Monthly Cage Rentals:
If you have enrolled for our monthly cage rentals, you are made aware that once you begin your membership, upon payment of an enrollment fee it is not refundable in either full, part or on prorate basis. In case you choose to stop / cancel your membership at any given point of time, you shall be required to repay the enrollment fee if you decide to start monthly cage rentals once again.

Open Area Rentals:
Since open area rentals are on hourly basis, they can not be cancelled as of now. All no-shows must be paid in full.

Products:
All products ordered at our website can be cancelled only before the order is shipped.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Services:
In case of cancellation or no show in any prepaid service, you shall not receive any refund in accordance with our cancellation policy as above.

Products:
However, in case of cancellation or return of any product purchased through our online store can either be exchanged for another product or service offered through our store or for a store credit.
All refund requests shall be made within 24 hours of receipt of the ordered product. No returns shall be accepted if the product that is being returned has been used or damaged and/or is without the original packaging.
